Sleeve Insertion Station
The station is incorporated in an injection machine, and is made up of a vision inspection station, a bushing dosing station and an E.O.A.T. This performs the dosage by means of a vibrator and a pneumatic cylinder, and by means of the vision system it performs the inspection of the pieces.
Next, with a Cartesian robot, two inserts are extracted together, to deposit them in an OK box if the part is accepted or in a NOK box if it is not accepted.
