Skimmer test bench

Design, manufacture and assembly of a compact station that allows leak tests to be carried out on the different models of SKIMMERS that the client manufactures. This one has some centerers that locate the skimmer and some pieces that guarantee the sealing of the product.

The test is performed by applying pressure to the skimmer for 30 seconds. The pressure loss measured with a pressure switch indicates the test result. The product is accepted if the leak is less than 0.02mbar. The test result is displayed on the display located outside the structure.
