Cap placing station with UR5e
The robot, located at the output of an injection molding machine, is responsible for placing the caps in the corresponding boxes. It is equipped with a custom-designed EOAT for the application. It can grab 4 caps simultaneously and place the separators between the layers of the box. The machine is mobile and can be moved to work with any injection molding machine in the facility.
