Automation dimensional control
Design, manufacture and assembly of automation that performs the dimensional control of aluminum profiles. This machine is preceded by the processes of cutting and deburring the product.
The different stations of the automation carry out the pick and place of the product, the blowing of the interior, the longitudinal control, the inspection of face A, the inspection of face B and the exit to the OK or NOK buffers depending on the acceptance of the product.
